Otter Creek State Park, Utah
Out past the tiny town of Antimony in south-central Utah, Otter Creek Reservoir has a reputation among anglers for some of the state's best year-round trout fishing, plus cutthroat, brown trout, and smallmouth bass. The park is a quiet counterpoint to Utah's busier destinations, with boating, water-skiing, and birdwatching on the water and direct access to the Paiute ATV Trail System on land. A 53-site campground handles everything from tents to 45-foot RVs.
