Millsite State Park, Utah
At the mouth of Ferron Canyon in central Utah's Emery County, this 638-acre park wraps around a reservoir named for the flour mill that once stood on the site. Swimmers, boaters, water-skiers, and anglers share the water, while a sandy beach and 20-site campground make it an easy overnight stop. The surrounding canyon opens onto OHV and mountain bike trails, and an 18-hole public golf course sits just next door.
