Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum, Utah
Climb down a ladder into a kiva at the center of an Ancestral Puebloan village occupied nearly a thousand years ago, its walls still standing behind the museum doors. Inside, browse the largest collection of Ancestral Puebloan pottery on display anywhere in the Four Corners region, alongside artifacts recovered from public lands across southeastern Utah. It's a rare chance to walk among real ruins and study the objects excavated from them in the same visit.
